Returns/Exchanges

While we are committed to ensuring high quality products, we know that sometimes things happen. Unless a product is deemed defective, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges since we are a print of demand business. If there is an issue with the product, please email us at info@mysilentprayers.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Since we are a print on demand business, we do not keep any inventory in stock. All signage is made to order. Therefore, all products are final sale.

There is problem with my product, what do I do?

If the product you received is deemed defective, we can offer a refund or replacement up to 30 days after the shipped date. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@mysilentprayers.com to start the process. Please include your name, order number, email address, picture of the item, and if you want a replacement or a refund. 

Can I cancel my order?

If the product hasn't been shipped, there is a possibility that your order can be canceled. Please contact us immediately at info@mysilentprayers.com with your order number.
