Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

All products are made to order. Therefore, all items are final sale.  We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any item.

Damaged/Misprinted Product

If the product you received is deemed defective we can offer a refund or replacement up to 30 days after the shipped date. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@mysilentprayers.com to start the process. Please include your order number, name, email, picture of the item, and if you want a replacement or a refund. Make sure you specify the defective item.
